Mixer

Mixer is one of the first-rate products that have a wider acceptance in the market. It plays vital role in construction buildings and industries. These mixers are also available in single bin, two bin and three bin models. More over the rotating speed of this mixer is 19 RPM in 180 seconds exactly. For effective controlling it is fitted with fine hydraulic brakes. The water dispensers, mixing of ingredients are done mechanically.

To get the consistent quality of cement concrete all the ingredients like cement, sand, metal, water and additive chemicalsare measured and mixed per batch.
Electronic load cell system is attached to the skip and indication of weight to a accuracy of +2% is displayed on a digital display unit fixed on panel.
In line water flow meter is fitted for measurement of water which indicates quantity of water added to the drum and with presets switch controls the fees pump.
For best mixing results reverse drum mixers are used.
With reversible action loading from one end. mixing unloading from other end becomes easy and time saving also. As the mixing operation takes place in drum - Weighing and loading of skip is carried out alternatively.
Water gets added when the material is loaded in drum through skip.
The drum height at unloading point is so adjusted that it mixed concrete gets unloaded directly in pump inlet.

Capacity of the hopper - 250 kgs. / 500 kgs. each
Level the machine properlyon platform.
Clean the machine regularly to get the proper weights of sand Si aggregate.
Put the required weights in to the pan (100 kgs., 50 kgs., 20 kgs.) as per weight required for odd calibration, adjust the weights on the scale give. (10 m.m. = 1000 gms.)
Unload the material directly in the Mixer hopper, outlet given on rear side.
